All Foods Nutrition is your home for nutrition and wellness information. I am dedicated to helping you get healthy and stay healthy through food and nutrition. My mission is to support your nutrition, health and wellness goals by providing whole-food focused nutrition counseling.
How it works
You will meet individually with me (Shira), a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I use an individualized nutrition and wellness approach to fit your lifestyle. I will work with you and the foods you like to develop a way of eating that will keep you happy, healthy, and satisfied.
I know how much digestive health can decrease your quality of life. I can help you improve symptoms from digestive issues including: irritable bowel syndrome (using the FODMAP diet) reflux/GERD, celiac disease, bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
Bad Relationships with Food & Disordered eating
If you deal with guilt and shame around eating choices and/or your body, I can help. My approach is informed by non diet approaches and principles including intuitive eating, mindful eating and Health at Every Size®.
Good nutrition is important for women both before and during pregnancy, and impacts the health of both mom and baby after birth. If you're thinking about starting a family in the near future, I can help you start from a healthy place. Once you get pregnant, we can help you keep up those habits during pregnancy and beyond.

Shira Hirshberg, MS, RDN, LDN is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist She earned her undergraduate degree at Syracuse University and her Masters' from the University of Rhode Island. She completed her clinical training at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, MA, a Harvard medical school teaching hospital. She also teaches online courses at the University of Rhode Island.
She founded All Foods Nutrition to work with individual clients looking to achieve wellness through nutrition. She aims to help clients improve current and future health by supporting them in making healthful and delicious food choices.
